1935 MG PA
In the same family ownership for the past 62 years, this delectable MG PA was off the road between 1953 and 1996. A superb last 'nut and bolt'
restoration has been undertaken and the car was professionally re-bodied with the most attractive and stylish pointed tail coachwork. No expense was spared - the engine was up-rated to PB specification, whilst 17 inch wheels were utilised. Ignition is by Scintilla Vertex magneto. Finished in Bugatti Blue with the cockpit trimmed in grey leather, the car has a superb engine-turned dashboard and with its swept wings, is exceedingly rakish in
appearance. Since the completion of the rebuild 14 years ago the car has
been rallied at home and overseas and is well known in MG Triple M and VSCC circles. It has always been maintained fastidiously. The original drawings and plans for the body are included, as are numerous files, which include detailed history, magazine features, technical articles, handwritten notes and photographs of the car participating in various events. It retains the original London registration number. An absolute delight to drive, being capable of cruising at 65mph comfortably. The car also features a plumbed-in fire extinguisher system.
