1936 MG PB Midget
The PB was the last of the legendary OHC Midgets and is arguably the most
desirable. This car is a genuine PB, as opposed to the 27 PA models which
were converted at Abingdon to PB specification. The factory produced only
499 original PBs between late 1935 and mid-1936. This car was the subject of a rebuild from the bare chassis, undertaken between 2000 and 2005 and numerous receipts and photographs substantiate this, with considerable expenditure evident including gearbox and engine rebuild. The car has all matching numbers and retains its original Oldham, Lancashire registration number and has a Buff RF60 log book dating back to 1957. This PB drives extremely well, feeling taut and lively. The hood, side screens and tonneau cover are virtually as new.
