1961 Triumph TR4

This Triumph TR4 is a very early example, having been built on 4th December 1961, according to the Heritage sheet supplied.  An export model, it was despatched to The Standard-Triumph Motor Company Inc. of Los Angeles CA, on 14th December that year.  It then appears to have spent  a few years in Malta before returning to the UK and being first registered here in January 1967.  Finished in signal red with black interior, the car has an excellent hood and tonneau cover.  It also has wire wheels and overdrive and was the subject of a major restoration during the mid 1990s including conversion to RHD.  Comes with many bills and extensive file of documentation which includes period road test, printed summary of ownership history and Heritage Certificate.   Drives extremely well and ready for Spring & Summer motoring!
