1925 Vauxhall 14/40 Princeton Tourer

 

 

  • The rugged strength and reliability of the 14/40 was to prove its mettle in the Antipodes and various parts of the British Empire, where road conditions were frequently very poor

 

 

  • Vauxhall’s were also assembled in Australia from kits with many being bodied by local coach builders.  Some 5,300 14/40 models were produced between 1922 to 1927. Two and four seat tourers were available, as was a saloon version

 

  • As with their larger siblings, the 14/40 is highly regarded today and always keenly sought

 

 

  • This 1925 example is a very well-maintained Vintage motor car, with much recent work including rebuilt steering box and magneto and 5 new Blockley tyres
