1932 Riley ‘Gamecock Special’

This excellent Riley Gamecock Special was constructed over a number of years by a well-known Riley aficionado, using a replacement chassis originally from a Monaco.

Presented in a striking red livery, this car certainly attracts much attention. The car has undertaken many long runs, both in the UK and on the Continent.  Former Coventry Rally award winner.

Reputedly named after the RAF Gloster Gamecock fighter plane, this model of Riley boasted a good size luggage area - something not usually a feature of sporting motor cars.  The car has travelled widely including tours to Germany, Holland, France, Scotland and Wales and has apparently been driven around the Nurburgring and Le Mans Circuits.  In summary this is a most useable and attractive ‘Gamecock special’ ready to be enjoyed.

There is a substantial file of  paperwork including many tips and notes for the new owner.
