The last of the immortal ‘T’ Series, the TF was produced from 1953 – 55 with some 9600 examples being built. As with its predecessors, the bulk of production was destined for the North American market.
This black 1954 model was imported from the States some years ago and underwent major restoration in recent times by the previous owner, the work including the fitment of a
new Hutson body tub and doors.
MG specialists, Brown & Gammons, converted the car to RHD, whilst a complete retrim was carried out in light tan leather and the car was treated to a high quality repaint.
Sitting on wire wheels shod with recently renewed tyres, the car presents extremely well, with the hood and sidescreens also being recentreplacements.
Paperwork with the car includes a Heritage Certificate and numerous bills etc.
